HI Chantz, I am sorry you've had such challenges. I have medical challenges as well and it can definately cause depression. When you commented, "I can not do hardly anything any more the way I used to", I really understood what you are saying. I don't have any breathing issues though. It must be very difficult and scary.

Have you told a doctor about your depression? It's best to get into your doc and come clean with him/her so they can help you and keep on eye on you.

BUT you've come to Support Groups so that means you are no longer alone!! There are lots and lots of people who understand and experience depression!! Just keep on posting and reading and soon, you will feel like family!!! Don't ever worry if it takes a while to get responses as it happens to all of us!!

I hope to hear from you again soon, so that I know you are doign ok!!

Welcoming hugs, Suzee :0)
